1. Definitions

• Client: Any private shopper, venue manager, or retail buyer accessing this portal ("you," "your").
• Services: Sourcing, inspection, logistics, and delivery of handcrafted baskets, pottery, and market decorative items.

2. Lawful Use of Site

You agree to utilize this web portal strictly for legitimate inquiries and product consultation. Transmitting spam, fake details, malicious scripting, or violating intellectual property standards of our curated photos is strictly prohibited.

3. Descriptions and Sourcing Details

Because our products are hand-weaved and hand-finished by individual artisans, minor variances in size, straw shading, clay textures, and natural finishes are natural. We represent all items accurately, but variations make each market find wonderfully unique.

4. Sourcing Quotes & Orders

Submitting our online contact fields does not constitute a binding purchase contract. Sourcing requests create non-binding quotes. A legally binding transaction is established only when our team sends a formal invoice containing precise delivery and cost matrices, and you approve it.

5. Billing & Prices

Prices listed on our portal are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude shipping and applicable regional duties. Federal (GST) and provincial (PST/HST) sales taxes are computed on transaction receipts based on your shipping address.

6. Order Cancellations & Modifying

Custom batch or wholesale artisan orders can be altered or canceled with full refunds if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your payment. After 12 hours, raw material sourcing contracts are finalized and refund restrictions may apply.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for inputting accurate delivery parameters, postal indices, phone listings, and corporate designations. Primex Sourced Finds is not liable for deliveries delayed by wrong coordinates.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All design assets, photographs, code, branding assets, custom SVG work, and written copy published on this portal are the intellectual property of Primex Sourced Finds Inc. No part of this site may be duplicated without written consent.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as clearly specified inside our formal billing documentation, all catalog pieces are supplied to your destination "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding continuous web portal availability.

10. Liability Restrictions

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Quebec and Canada, Primex Sourced Finds Inc. is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or secondary damage resulting from your use of these products or third-party logistics.
